Shatta Wale has acquired a new property to add to the numerous ones he already owns.
Per some photos and videos that are circulating online, Shatta Wale is the owner of a newly-built 3-bedroom apartment located in the capital of Ghana.

So far, the little checks we have done indicate that Shatta Wale got the new apartment for a figure around $450,000 which is over Ghc4 Million.
In the videos and photos that have surfaced online, the multiple award-winning musician was seen inspecting his new properties while the people with him congratulated him.

Shatta Wale was also seen in other gifting money to some students who had gathered on the streets after the deal was successfully sealed.
