DJ Carlos, who is a radio presenter, TV presenter, and an event organizer in Tamale, has come out to debunk all the rumors circulating that comedian DKB has been banned from ever stepping foot in Tamale for an alleged insulting comment he made about the people of Tamale.
DKB who was in Tamale on Saturday, September 28, 2019, for an event at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in a tweet to hype the event sparked the whole controversy after he said “To speak Tamale dagabani language you need power and vigor! Even the name for AKONFEM sounds like a knockout”

DJ Carlos, who is the event organizer for the said event in the video available to zionfelix.net states that it was the people of Tamale who requested that he brings the funniest comedian in Ghana, who is DKB after he had given them the likes of Agya Koo, Bob Okala and Mr. Ibu of Nigeria.

The event organizer also stated that DKB gave the people of Tamale a cracker of a performance and even received a standing ovation after his performance and as such the people of Tamale can never say they are bored with him or even go ahead and ban him.

DJ Carlos further stated that those circulating these negative rumors are just trying to portray the people of Tamale as bad and uncivilized as they also do. He also added that the Northen region is also a good region just like the other regions in Ghana and emphasized that DKB will definitely be back in the Region.
