Y 107.9 FM’s award-winning radio host and disc jockey, French Kiss DJ has weighed into the never-ending beef and media attacks between the Bhimnation boss, Stonebwoy and the SM4lyf boss Shatta Wale and has suggested possibly the best way to settle the feud.
French Kiss DJ in a discussion with his co-host, Desire, on their Youtube show Hotspot Series has stated that he is willing to organize a lyrical battle for the two dancehall stars who are both signed onto the Zylofon Music Record label at a big venue to settle the ‘unnecessary’ battle between them once and for all.
The DJ, whose real name is Nana Kodjo Adjei made the point that ‘beefing’ in dancehall is done everywhere, especially in Jamaica where the genre comes from. He mentioned the likes of Beenie Man and Bounty Killer, as practical examples in Jamaica and expressed his dislike for the comments made by Stonebwoy that Shatta Wale would have been dead by now if he was in Jamaica.
French Kiss DJ who was formerly the best club DJ in the United Kingdom with a huge following at club and on-air also made reference to Stonebwoy’s popular interview on Hitz FM and stressed that he erred a little when he stated publicly that Shatta Wale had accused him of killing his mom. He also told Stonebwoy that if he believes it is true, he should provide the needed evidence.
He ended by advising the ‘Top Skanka’ hitmaker not to felt hurt when personally jabs are thrown against him as it is part of the dancehall game they find themselves in.
