Although yesterday’s United Showbiz was used as a platform to get Richie Mensah and Guru to smoke the peace pipe, they didn’t do it without making some new revelations about their brouhaha.
On the show monitored by zionfelix.net last night, Richie Mensah revealed the real reason why Guru was refused the feature he requested from Lynx Entertainment which was the beginning of the whole conflict between the two parties.
According to Richie, who phoned into the show, Guru requested to have a feature with both Kidi and Kuami Eugene.
Richie continued to explain that one artiste featuring two of their label artistes on one song is not something they subscribe to as a record label unless on special occasions.
He added that when guru made the request, he told him that he will speak to the rest of management and get back to him. After speaking with his management, they turned down the offer not because it was Guru but because it was company policy.
