Social and political activist, Kwame Asare Obeng, well known as A Plus, wants Ghana’s Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta to be sacked.
He proposed in a tweet that a campaign that will force President Akufo-Addo to sack the Finance Minister should begin.
A-Plus called on Ghanaians both home and abroad to join the campaign.
The musician and social media influencer launched a hashtag #OforiAttamustgo in his post sighted by Zionfelix.net.

He wrote: “We must begin a campaign to force the president to sack Ken Ofori Atta. Every professional association, civil society organisation, workers union & all influencial people in Ghana & abroad must be part of this campaign to save Ghana, the NPP party & the Cedi. #OforiAttamustgo.”
So far, other tweeps have started using the hashtag—as others are retweeting his post.
A Plus’ tweet comes after the depreciation of the cedi against the dollar and other currencies.
A lot of business people have been complaining about the devastating turnout of events.
