Ghanaian songwriter and producer, Panji Anoff has shared his view on Black Sherif’s brouhaha.
The young Ghanaian musician had issues with his management after a deal he signed with Empire.
Talking about this at the African Music Business Dialogue, the CEO of Pidgen Music said what happened to Black Sherif would not have happened if he had someone with about 5 or 10 years of experience in his team.
He stated that is it prudent for the new crop of musicians to ask about the mistakes the old folks made in their careers.
Panji Anoff added that it is not proper for people to dash their most valuable asset to somebody.
To him, new artistes need people who understand what is going on in the music business.
