The Chief Executive Officer of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah has finally broken his silence on Number 12, an investigative piece by ace journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

Following the exposé, there were reports that Nana Appiah’s Zylofon Cash, sponsors of the Ghana Premier League would reconsider its partnership deal but what Mr. Appiah Mensah posted on Instagram early Friday morning which zionfelix.net sighted means otherwise.

In the statement he issued on his official Instagram page, the man fondly called NAM1 opined that “it is it is wrong to rely on such a material”. Giving reasons for his notion, Nana Appiah Mensah explained that the Number 12 investigative work “has not been subjected to the standards of the laws or rules of evidence before conclusions”

He further urged all Ghanaians to be calm.

“#Number12 Presents Ghana a fine circumstantial documentary (film) evidence,but it is wrong to rely on such a material,which has not been subjected to the standards of the laws or rules of evidence before conclusions. I urge for calm. Let’s deflate our rage.#GhanaShallprosper” he wrote.

Ace investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas got the country talking after showing his new work titled “Number 12”. The new piece documents the corruption which happens in the Ghanaian football community.

The person who has become the talk of the town following the new documentary is Ghana Football Association president, Kwesi Nyantakyi. He is captured in the video parking sumptuous amount in a black polythene and also negotiating a deal for his benefit. Referees and other top football officials are seen taking bribes to make wrong judgments.
