Ghanaian musician Ypee, born Andy Agyemang, has recently opened up about his decision to build a magnificent mansion that took him approximately twenty months to complete.
In an exclusive interview he granted Zionfelix as he gave him a tour of the house, YPee revealed the driving force behind his decision, which was rooted in his desire to move out of his mother’s house in Breman.

For Ypee, building this opulent home was more than just a status symbol or a display of wealth but it was a personal journey toward independence and self-sufficiency.
He highlighted how people around him had voiced concerns that he was squandering his resources on acquiring cars. This criticism prompted him to reevaluate his priorities and invest in something more substantial.

The mansion, is indeed a testament to his hard work and determination, boasts eight spacious rooms, a picturesque balcony, a state-of-the-art music studio, and various other luxurious amenities. YPee’s decision to include a music studio in his mansion underscores his commitment to his craft and his dedication to producing high-quality music.
Responding to suggestions that he has been doing some underhand dealing to get a lot of money to build such a plush house in just twenty months, Ypee said it is all from all the money he made from his music, the shows he plays locally, and internationally, and the other family businesses he runs.
